Long week back and still catching up on emails but I have been much more assertive with my leadership and delegating more!

Mr.. Lobao I had all the answers and I knew what needed to happen but with Brenda's help and support I realized that not everone has our passion so at times we need to temper what we what to say. Several of my coworkers asked about LB1 and they noticed a change. Working in the positive takes more energy than being negative I have noticed the difference in how I am looked at and it feels good. Every thing is better PC in September and LB2 sometime after the first of the year. Watch out for Yosemiten Sam and have a fun and safe trip. Later Carl
