Thank all of you for your kind words. I was so inspired by all of you in our class - you know it's true - 'Givers really DO Gain'! Bill - one of my favorite cousins lives in Houston and I'd be delighted to visit with you next time I find myself in your neck of the woods! Brianna - share your enthusiasm with the folks at work - you can definitely pay it forward and rejuvinate your team! Josh - how cleaver your comment is! Thank You for the great adventure in my life, by they way my son Brice has been hugged more in the last three days than he has been in a year. We started our Valentines day with everyone giving each other a hug before they got to eat the breakfast I made them all. My Daugthers boyfriend was feeling strange when Dad gave him a hug but he got over it and enjoyed..LOL...I don't know if Brice likes you right now but I am sure to change that, make him grow up to be a real strong man that can enjoy his emotions..LOL...Thank you from everyone in my family, you are some kind of woman!!!

Mike - funny you should mail me - Rowena and I were just talking about you and Shirley this weekend! Hope your new year is off to a great start. My fitness business is really taking off - and I'm having a ball with it! Just ran a 1/2 marathon last weekend - and had fun with that. Our LB1 in Calgary was a total touchdown! I was completely inspired by all of my students. I'm so glad I'll get to see you in April - until then - take care of yourself and hugs to you and Shirley -
