Mr. Paolini,
I wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU for the effort and passion that you put forth last weekend to help me and my Team Members within Team 2244. I walked away a changed man. Everyone that I've come in contact with over this past week has seen the "new me" first hand and they want to be a part of it....they want to be a closer part of me. As a leader, this means so much. It clearly defines my purpose and clearly encourages me to step up so much stronger and with so much more commitment. I WILL LEAD BY EXAMPLE and because of you sir, I am living this AWESOME DREAM!
I will see you soon in either LB2 and/or Eagle Quest as I've committed to taking part in both in the very near future. So from me personally, my family and my Team here at Kimberly-Clark, I send a heart-felt thanks! YOU helped me realize that I can and will make a difference in my life and those that I touch each and every day!

Mr. Lauderdale: Thank you for the kind words! It appears that you "got what you came to class to get". On Friday night (which I am sure seems like it was years ago:):)), you commited to "being aware of how your actions affect others"! Please kep leading and keep demonstrating how to lead....others will not only follow you but also want a piece of what you got!!! I would considered myself very fortunate to have you in LB2 or Eagle Quest!!! You were great!
