Leigh Mastrantonio is the Director of Strategy for Rapport Leadership International. She is also Rapport’s Organizational Performance Consultant and develops customized leadership development workshops for Rapport’s client companies.  A student of organizational dynamics, Leigh’s 25 years of business experience in both large and small organizations has taught her the power of strategically aligning tools, processes and people in order to improve teamwork, enhance execution and produce sustainable results.

About Gus Perea

Joining Adams-Bickel and Associates in 1987, Gus is a minority owner of the company and holds the position of President and chief executive officer.  He honed his leadership skills in the U.S. Navy and through the Rapport Leadership International leadership training programs as a Master Graduate and Rapport Certified Specialist.

In addition to the numerous awards won by Adams-Bickel Associates, Gus was named the 2008 Small Business Person of the Year by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as well as the 2009 Minority Business Leader Award presented to him by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
